1. All Sales are Final
Due to the handmade, hygienic, and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Yummiestskin@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
Provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damage or defect.
Include your order number and receipt of purchase.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Incorrect Items
If an incorrect item was shipped to you due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a clear photo of the incorrect item, and your receipt. We will cover shipping costs associated with returning the incorrect product and sending the correct item.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Customized products (including special fragrance blends, color drizzles, embeds, or personalized items)
Items that have been opened, used, or altered by the customer
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this period, cancellations are not permitted as your order will already be in production or processing.
7. Discretionary Refunds
In certain unique circumstances, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion, and each case will be evaluated individually.
