Shipping Methods and Rates
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. The shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): 3-7 business days after processing.
International Orders: 7-21 business days after processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Heat-Sensitive Items Notice
Products such as body butters and other temperature-sensitive items may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer months. This does not impact the effectiveness or safety of the product. Upon receipt, we recommend placing these products in a cool, dry place to allow them to solidify.
